The Real YOU

Come to think the real YOU...

Pondering these statements, saying, 'this is my car' it shows your ownership that you are possessing the car but your car is not you.

When you say 'this is my hand', your hand is certainly not you. Include your feet, your head, and all parts of your physique. And that is your body. It is your body!

Take note of the term 'your body.' If that is your body then your body is not you. Now I ask, who is the real YOU?

One thing is for sure, YOU is someone possessing your body...
